Month in Review: November 2011

OMG! It is taking me forever to read one. single. book. Before Baby BV came (when I was still pregnant) I thought I’d still be able to read as much as I did during my pre-Baby BV days. WRONG. I forgot how much attention babies need (and deserve). She’s just too darn cute! I can’t resist the cuteness!!

I’m participating in the Book Lover’s Holiday Giveaway Hop (my first time being in a giveaway hop!), which starts tomorrow so be sure to come by and see what I’m giving away. I’ll give you a hint: there will be 2 winners and each will win 5 books. Which books? you ask – well you’ll just have to come back tomorrow to find out.

Books Read/Reviewed:

  1. The Heart of a Killer by Jaci Burton – (review to come)
  2. The Future of Us by Jay Asher Carolyn Mackler – (review to come)
  3. Eve by Anna Carey – 4 frogs
  4. The Storm That is Sterling by Lisa Renee Jones – 3 frogs

  1. I'm working full-time now so I didn't have that great of a month either, just seven I think! But you still did great! I know how much time babies eat into our reading time (but they totally deserve it)!

    Happy reading!

  2. My November and now my December is an epic blogger fail. LOL
I'm just burned out and using the holidays as an excuse to take it easy.
I think you accomplished quite a bit!
    Love the hair too.

I only joined two challenges this year and came up short on both. Dang!

It was hard to find time to read when I was working full time. The hour long commute each way didn't help either since I drove (I get car sick easily so I have to drive). Hope you find some reading time :)

Yeah, the holidays slow down my reading as well. Lots to do. Hopefully next month (January) I'll be able to find more time to read.

I'm only doing 4-5 challenges in 2012. No more doing 14 challenges for me. That was just crazy.

  8. I love the new do! Looks great on you! I think you'll be able to read more once she gets a little older. And I am proud that you even kept track of your challenges. I didn't. :(
