HELP WANTED: TBV is Looking for an Associate Reviewer!

Help Wanted

The time has come – I need HELP! I am looking for an Associate Reviewer. Maybe even two or three.

An ideal TBV Associate Reviewer candidate:

  • Loves to read and talk about books
  • Has an ereader (or ereader app)
  • Preferably does not currently run a book review blog (since I would like TBV to be your home)
  • Can write a thoughtful, well-written, spoiler-free review
(about 300-700 words, give or take)
  • Can write a review without disrespecting the author
  • Can meet deadlines
  • has (or can get access) to NetGalley
  • Must be 18+

You would be responsible for obtaining books to read and review. They can be books you already own, books you get from the library, and/or eARCs from NetGalley (which is why I prefer an Associate Reviewer who has an ereader). On occasion books will be sent directly to you from publishers/publicists.

If you’re looking at this as an opportunity to score some free books, no need to apply. I’m looking for serious inquiries only.

Oh and plagiarism will NOT be tolerated. So if you can’t come up with your thoughts to write in a review, no need to apply.

ETA: Thank you to all who expressed interest in being an Associate Reviewer on TBV! The response I received was more than I could have ever imagined. I have selected one AR already (I can’t wait for you all to meet her!) and plan on selecting one or two more. Those selected will receive an email from me within the next few days.

2 People had something to say:

  1. I'm sure you'll get a ton of candidates. Can't wait to see the lucky one you pick!
