  2. I missed the chat too, though I didn't try to make it, either. I won't say what I was doing instead. o.O

I said this on someone else's blog, but I think review-a-thons need to happen more often. Getting caught up on review writing is one of the most common tasks I see book bloggers talking about. Other than those pesky review archives.

    1. There is definitely a need for more review-a-thons. Maybe even once a month.

  3. I missed the chat... but I participated in the Bout of Books and didn't really have fun so I skipped it on purpose. It was going so fast I didn't even think people were seeing what I was writing!!

    1. Some chats just whiz right by and it's hard to keep up. I love chats so I'm bummed I missed it. But there will be others.

    1. Thanks! Updating my review indexes was the biggest task on my list so I'm glad I was able to complete it.

  5. Nice job with meeting most of your goals! I usually fail at review-a-thons, but I need something to get me back on track so I like your monthly idea! The Twitter chat was fun, but went by so fast that I had to keep scrolling back to see what I missed. Will try Tweetdeck next time, as several people recommended that one over tweetfall.

    1. Maybe I'll host a monthly review-a-thon event...Hmm. There seem to be a lot of people interested in it. I know *I* could certainly use a monthly review-a-thon.

  7. Looks like you got a lot done! Good job! I really like the style of your blog. It's nice and clean.

I used TweetDeck for the chat and I still thought the feed went by quickly. There were so many people chatting. Which is good, it was just hard for me to keep up.

I used Tweet Chat. If I remember, I'll try TweetDeck next time.

  9. I kind of ended up the way you did- rock star on the admin stuff but the writing? Not so much. Do we need to read less or what? Because I don't see that happening for me!
